| The ex-proof head and helmet lamp HL800FB ATEX is a rechargeable, resilient and solid lamp for the professional application in explosive areas. This head and helmet lamp equates to the conditions of the European CENELEC-norms EN 50 014, EN 50 016, EN 50 020 and to the mining norm EN 500 33. Furthermore, this lamp is certified for zone 1 & 2 (gas) as well as for zone 21 and 22 (dust) and therefore it is applicable for various operation purposes. Here the weights of the illuminants and the battery pack are balanced in a way that there cannot arise unilateral pressure and the wearing comfort can also be guaranteed for longer periods. Another important aspect is that the battery box can manually be opened within the danger area without any special tools for to change the battery. The intelligent electronics of HL series controls the power according to the desired light power, protects the battery from total discharge and reminds the user of a possible discharge by the blinking of the control lamp. Against the background, it is remarkable that the battery chargers only require two hours to recharge. The process of charging can run by vehicle input or from mains 230V/AC. For the charging via the mains you will additionally need the power supply unit. Generally it is to note about mica-products that they are quite easy to maintain. The batteries are easily changeable. |
